Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping within Germany from €5.90. Shipping costs depend on the parcel size and are calculated automatically in the basket:
- Small parcel (e.g. accessories, lids, taps, smaller canisters): €5.90
- Standard parcel: €9.90 per parcel
- Large parcel (drums of 200 litres and more): €16.90 per parcel

Freight forwarding (palletised goods and large quantities)
Items delivered by freight forwarder are marked as such in the product description. Freight costs depend on quantity (number of pallets), weight, volume and delivery location (postcode). They are calculated exactly in the basket and shown before you complete your order. If no rate is available for your delivery address, we will be happy to provide an individual quote.

Bulky goods: for bulky parcels we charge a surcharge of €23.80 per parcel.

Deliveries to other countries:

Parcel shipping: €16.72 per parcel
Bulky goods surcharge: €25.50 per parcel
Freight forwarding is calculated as for Germany by quantity, weight, volume and delivery location and shown in the basket before you complete your order.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Payment by invoice is only available to authorities and public institutions.

Invoices are payable within 14 days.
